Welcome to Keyan Travels. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Initial advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid to the driver or the office at the start or completion of the journey as per the agreement.
  • Toll taxes, parking charges, and state permits are to be paid by the customer unless specified in the package.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the journey will be eligible for a partial refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours).

3. Usage of Vehicle

  • The vehicle will follow the route mentioned at the time of booking. Any deviations may incur extra charges.
  • Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
  • The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle's interior or exterior by them during the trip.

4. Driver & Safety

  • Our drivers are professional and follow all traffic safety rules.
  • The night driving policy (usually 10 PM to 6 AM) may include extra driver allowances.
